Avocado and Parma Ham Skewers
Ingredients
¼ cup of soy sauce
3 Chilean Hass avocados
1 can of anchovies
7 oz. (200 g.) Parma ham
7 oz. (200 g.) Emmental cheese

Method
- Leave 12 skewers to moisten in water and soy sauce for 10 minutes.
- Cut Chilean Hass avocados, cheese and Parma ham into 0.8 inch (2 cm.) cubes.
- Arrange avocado skewers with avocado slices, alternating ingredients, e.g. Parma ham, anchovies and Emmental cheese. Serve skewers on a platter, with soy sauce.
